AA Rosette Chef de Partie

A quality focused country inn with rooms is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with AA Rosette experience, or someone from a similar refined dining background, to work with fresh, local produce in a scenic hospitality setting.

The kitchen is led by a Head Chef with a 2 Michelin star background, creating an excellent opportunity to learn, develop and work closely with someone who brings outstanding technical knowledge and high level standards. The team is pushing towards Rosettes and further accolades, so this role would suit a chef who is ambitious, detail focused and excited by the chance to be part of a kitchen with real direction.

The food offering is built around seasonal produce, strong technique and refined dining, with quality and consistency expected across every service. This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a close kitchen team and wants to keep developing in a high standard environment.

This role does provide accommodation, however you must be able to drive due to the location.

Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
