Head Chef
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join a quality driven kitchen within a busy, food led venue with a strong local reputation and a clear food identity. The venue is known for fresh, seasonal menus, quality local produce and meats prepared on site by master butchers, including award winning sausages and burgers.
The food offering changes throughout the year to reflect the seasons and the best produce available, with lunch and evening service across the brasserie and bar, plus all day dining on Sundays. This is a role for a chef who enjoys well executed classics, consistency and working with proper ingredients in a kitchen that takes pride in what it serves.
Alongside day to day dining, the venue also has a varied events side, including private dining, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, fundraisers and live music.
This role would suit a confident Head Chef who enjoys leading from the front, supporting the brigade and helping deliver food that guests genuinely enjoy. You will need to bring organisation, warmth and consistency, while contributing to the continued success of a venue with real personality, strong guest appeal and a distinctive character.
This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the area.
Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
