Area Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Area Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of high-performing locations across the North West region. You’ll be trusted to make commercial decisions, build exceptional management teams and create a culture where both colleagues and customers thrive.

This is far more than a multi-site management role. It’s a genuine leadership position with a business that has an outstanding track record of developing talent into senior operational roles.

The Role

You’ll have full responsibility for the performance of multiple locations, working closely with site managers to improve results, develop future leaders and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

No two days are the same. One day you could be coaching a newly promoted manager, the next analysing performance trends, identifying commercial opportunities or supporting a site through a particularly busy trading period.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, making informed commercial decisions and empowering your teams to perform at their best.

About You

You’ll already have experience leading multiple sites within a fast-paced environment such as hospitality, retail, leisure, or another customer-focused sector.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys developing people just as much as improving commercial performance.

You’ll also bring:

Experience managing multiple locations and leading through others.
A natural coaching style with a passion for developing future leaders.
Strong commercial awareness and confidence using KPIs to drive performance.
The ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
Energy, resilience and a hands-on approach to leadership.
A full UK driving licence.
