As Head Waiter / Head Waitress, you will be an important part of the front-of-house leadership team, helping to deliver a consistently exceptional experience for every guest.

You’ll be responsible for leading service from the front, supporting and developing the wider restaurant team and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are maintained throughout every service.

You’ll have the opportunity to work within a restaurant where seasonality, provenance and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do, with menus inspired by the surrounding Lake District and exceptional local produce.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional who:

Has previous experience as a Head Waiter, Head Waitress, Senior Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor or similar
Has experience within luxury, fine dining or high-end hospitality
Has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Is confident leading and motivating a front-of-house team
Has excellent food and wine knowledge
Understands the importance of attention to detail and service standards
Is professional, personable and confident when dealing with guests
Wants to develop their career within an outstanding hospitality environment
