Hotel Manager

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Hotel Manager to take full operational responsibility for a busy 18 bed hotel in Blackpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys being visible, leading from the front and creating a great experience for both guests and the team.

As Hotel Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, ensuring the hotel runs efficiently while maintaining high standards across guest experience, service and presentation.

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating the hotel team on a day-to-day basis
  • Overseeing all aspects of the hotel operation
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of guest service
  • Managing rotas, staffing levels and day-to-day team performance
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
  • Driving occupancy, revenue and overall commercial performance
  • Managing suppliers, stock and operational costs
  • Ensuring health & safety, compliance and company procedures are maintained
  • Recruiting, training and developing team members
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience and overall operation
  • Taking a hands-on approach and leading by example

 

We’re looking for someone with previous Hotel Management, Deputy Hotel Management or senior hospitality management experience who is confident taking ownership of an operation.

 

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a hotel or similar hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved when required
  • The confidence to make decisions and take ownership

What’s on Offer?

  • £32,000 – £36,000 salary DOE
