The Black Bull, Old Langho

Jodie had a delightful Sunday lunch experience at The Black Bull in Old Langho, which she describes as the best in The Ribble Valley. The Sunday Lunch Sharing board that she savoured was an absolute treat. This cosy gastropub is a true gem located right on her doorstep. With its warm and welcoming ambience, delicious food, and exceptional service, The Black Bull is definitely worth a visit. If you’re in the area, be sure to drop by and indulge in their delicious Sunday lunch offering. It’s no wonder that this place has become a local favourite!

The Verdes, Chorley

Sophie’s visit to The Verdes in Chorley over the weekend for her grandma’s 70th birthday was a delightful experience. This authentic Italian restaurant offers an exquisite menu with a range of delectable dishes to choose from. Sophie and her family had a wonderful time sampling the menu, including the crispy Pizzeta, deep-fried Brie Fritto with cranberry sauce, succulent Swordfish in tomato sauce, Veal escalope, and perfectly grilled sirloin steak. To top it off, they enjoyed a refreshing mojito and Sophie’s grandma even tried her first ever Espresso Martini! The Verdes’ food and service were impeccable, and the staff went out of their way to make this celebration memorable. If you’re looking for a fantastic Italian dining experience in Chorley, The Verdes is definitely worth a visit.

Malthouse Farm, Chorley 

Jenni had a lovely dining experience at Malthouse Farm in Chorley over the weekend. The restaurnt’s picturesque canalside location sets the perfect ambience for a delightful meal. Jenni was impressed with the great service provided by Claire and the team, who ensured that she felt well taken care of throughout her visit. The meal itself was exceptional, featuring a range of delectable dishes that satisfied Jenni’s taste buds. The overall experience at Malthouse Farm was truly remarkable, and Jenni highly recommends it to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience in Chorley. The Inn at Whitewell, Dunsop Bridge 

Craig visited The Inn at Whitewell in Dunsop Bridge, a charming inn based on the duchy of Lancaster estate in the trough of Bowland. As he prepares for his upcoming wedding there later this year, Craig loves the inn’s delightful atmosphere and stunning location. During his visit, he had the pleasure of staying for dinner which, as always, was delicious. The quality of the food and the service provided by the staff is second to none, and Craig felt well taken care of throughout his visit. The Inn at Whitewell is a true gem, and anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in the Lancashire countryside should not miss out on a chance to visit this incredible venue.
