Join us as we embark on a journey through the hospitality scene, guided by our fantastic team here at Ginger Hospitality. With Eurovision excitement in the air, our team has been buzzing with energy, eager to share their thrilling experiences from the past weekend, from Jodie’s sun-kissed getaway at The Warren in Abersoch, to Paige’s culinary delight at Tiggis, and Phie’s vibrant Eurovision party.
The Sandbar at The Warren

Jodie’s trip to The Sandbox in Abersoch proved to be a perfect afternoon filled with amazing flavours and impeccable service. She began her meal with the Whipped Smoked Cods Roe, Caviar, and Sea Salt Crisps, a heavenly medley of creamy textures. The Thai Fishcake with its aromatic Thai Green Curry Sauce and Crunchy Green Salad offered a vibrant explosion of flavours. The Tandoori Cod, accompanied by a tantalizing Curry Sauce and Bombay mix, showcased a fusion of Indian-inspired spices and perfectly cooked fish. Each dish at The Sandbox was a testament to their talented chefs, Jodie left feeling full and sincerely impressed by the whole experience.
Tiggis, Blackburn

Paige’s visit to Tiggis was a culinary adventure that felt like a visit to the heart of Italy. Paige chose the Penne Carbonara, which she said was delicious. Her favourite part had to be the cocktails though, fresh strawberry daquiris, yum! The warm and welcoming ambiance of Tiggis created the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable dining experience. From the first bite to the last, Paige savoured each exquisite flavour, making memories that would linger long after the meal was over. Tiggis proved to be a fantastic evening out, leaving Paige impressed by their authentic Italian cuisine.
Phie’s Eurovision Party

Phie’s Eurovision party was an electrifying celebration that combined music, laughter, and plenty of snacks. With a laser lighting up the garden party, her family gathered to watch the yearly final of Eurovision. Delicious food and drinks flowed, adding to the festive atmosphere. The night was a perfect blend of cultural appreciation, joyful company, and the sheer fun of the Eurovision spirit. Phie’s party proved to be a memorable occasion where everyone danced, sang along, and created unforgettable memories together. No matter where the UK placed, a great time was had by all.
Ben’s Pizza and Sushi Night

Ben’s Saturday evening was a delightful culinary adventure, starting with a fun-filled sushi making followed by a home-made pizza session with his family. With a passion for experimenting in the kitchen, Ben and his children rolled up their sleeves and created a sushi-making extravaganza. They mastered the art of sushi rolling, creating delectable bites filled with fresh ingredients and bursts of flavour. The aroma of freshly baked pizzas wafted through the air as Ben and his youngest crafted their own personal masterpieces. From kneading the dough to topping it with an array of savoury ingredients, they loved creating their own culinary delights.
Artisan, Ribble Valley
Robyn’s trip to Artisan at Foxfield’s over the weekend to celebrate her sister’s birthday was a delight from start to finish. Settling into the elegant ambiance, Robyn chose the Prawn and Smoked Salmon Cocktail to start, a refreshing and flavourful dish that set the tone for the evening. For the main course, Robyn opted for the Slow Cooked Beef Cheek, a melt-in-your-mouth dish served with Stilton and chive croquette, Koffman cabbage, Glazed baby carrots, Rich beef and red wine jus. Delightful! The food was delicious, with exquisite flavours and impeccable presentation. Not only was the food remarkable, but the service at Artisan was exceptional, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Edisford Bridge Pub
After a refreshing Sunday dog walk, Robyn and her friends made a pitstop at Edisford Bridge Pub. Nestled amidst picturesque surroundings, they spent the afternoon in the beer garden, enjoying a range of delicious meals. The homemade nachos, crispy beef, and tempura prawns were fantastic and full of flavour. As they enjoyed their alfresco dining experience, the warm sun and gentle breeze made for the perfect afternoon. The food was lovely and complemented by the idyllic setting, creating a truly memorable outing at Edisford Bridge Pub.
